It's not about one day event: "Oh, i had a stomach 58 in 18, but now it's 80 in 42!"
Just remember, how many times you let youself eating some cake in 23 hours or forgiving yourself in not doing even simplest physical exercises for just 3-5 minutes in the morning, or even through the whole day.
Everybody wants it, but it's just everyday discipline. Nobody wants discipline, but every person wants fruits and consequences of discipline.
And nothing else matters...

Some may say: "She's just too young, and it is easy for her to talk about good looks!"
But SHE IS DOING WHT WE ALSO SHOUD DO FOR MANY DAYS ANS EVEN YEARS!
So, skepticism alone does not help. And TRAINING WILL HELP.
By evolution we are programmed for millions of years to do at least 10-20 thousand steps EVERY DAY and also AT LEAST 10-20 DIFFERENT BODY EXCERCISES FOR EVEN MORE THAN 10-20 MINUTES. Let's do at least 5-10 minutes of excercises each day and, if not running, at least walk 5-10 thousands of steps, BUT ON EVERYDAY BASIS.
That is the mission. For each day of life. With no excuses!!
